My Phone Buddy

As it becomes more difficult to get all the way to Bloomfield to see Marshall - I have started calling him more. And he is finally figuring out how to talk to me on the phone. As you can see... anytime he talks on Mom's phone he thinks I am on the other line! I told Dee next time just call me...or he will think everytime I call you are just playing tricks on him!

Carving Pumpkins!

I brought Marshall 4 HUGE pumpkins. We carved them up on the deck and Marshall got right in there and helped scoop out the guts! He can be a diva like his mother...but he was all about getting down and dirty last night!

Hokey Pokey

Marshall learned the hokey Pokey at his aunt Jessica's wedding dance and now he likes to do it all the time.

Ernie's Song!

I taught this song to Marshall and it was on the radio when we came home from daycare and he started to sing it and said "Ernie's Song". My godson is just the BEST!

I know - another video of Marshall...but he is getting to be so entertaining! And I just love his laugh. This is the Bratetic family's new puppy - Tipper! Marshall is welcoming him to the family.

Godmama Ernie

Marshall, Dee and I spent the day Saturday in Sioux City doing some Independence shopping! Marshall really enjoyed Victoria's Secret where he found some pretties of his own!

I was nice enough to bring Marshall some fireworks to play with too! His favorites are the party poppers and the snaps! When Dee & Loren set off the bigger fireworks Marshall would say "Bang Mommy, Bang! Bang Daddy, Bang!" He is just too funny!

He also now calls me Ernie - plain as day! It started off as Ern...and he added the "e"! Dee likes to encourage it - so I may be Auntie Ernie from now on!

It may just be me...but I swear he did not look this old just two weeks ago at our wedding! How can it be nearly two years already! My little Godson is not a baby anymore - but he is still rather silly:

First Hair Cut

In preparation for our wedding - Marshall got his first EVER hair cut! He is our ringbearer and will be in black tails, orange bow tie and freshly cut hair in just under two weeks! We are all very excited!

Jamin' Weekend!

Dee and Loren went on their first trip together since Marshall was born leaving him behind without at least one parent for the FIRST time EVER! And they choose to leave him with me! WOW - risk takers! We had a great time! I picked Marshall up Friday night from Daycare, we went to the Bloomfield fish fry where we sat by his Godfather Cris (was a Godparent weekend) and slept all throught the night!

Then on Saturday we headed to Tyndall where Marshall got fitted for his Tux for the wedding and got to meet my family! since I talk about him all the time...it was about time they all got to meet. We had a jam session with Dad before moving on to Grandma Wagner's! We would have stopped at Grandma Tycz's too - but she was at State Wrestling all weekend. Grandma Wagner fed us lunch and then we went to Jon's where we took an afternoon nap! Kermit (Jon's Mom's dog) and Marshall did NOT get along...so Kermit spent the afternoon in the basement - but that would be our only hicup!

Sunday we went to the Daycare spagetti feed and then played at home until Dee and Loren got back!

Marshall didn't want Dee & me to have all the fun on the way to the Bridal Fair so he joined right in! Has got the choreography down pat!

Hat Man

Marshall has really become a hat man lately! He like to wear his own John Deere hat but if that is not avaliable he will wear anyone's hat...he is a big fan of wearing Daddy's hats!

Quite the Dancer

I hear he is practicing for the wedding coming up in June! He will be the best little dancer on the floor! I especially like his little belly sticking out! ~ erin

I went to visit this weekend and HAD to have Marshall all to myself for one day...so Dee & Loren stole away to get the Christmas Shopping done! Little did we know...of all the things they brought back - the wrapping paper on the tubes would be the biggest hit! So if you are not sure what to get Marshall for Christmas (hell - or even Dee, Loren & Erin...we all got into it) get us the long tubes of wrapping paper BUT they have to still be wrapped in the cellophane...otherwise they don't make as much noise! Isn't he getting soooo BIG! And he just hams it up for my camera - when we are not trying to good ones! ~erin
