I have a Critter..AGAIN!

I planted flowers - thought they got frost bitten and that is why they are dying only to find out that there is a critter tunneling under them and chewing off their roots! AAHHHH. See more pictures and get more details from my work blog...I posted it there begging our listeners for help!

"Vacation"

I am so glad to be back on vacation today! Seriously…this place is like a vacation compared to what I put myself through the past 5 days! I do it on purpose though - makes me like my job that much more. I played farm for the past days - bottling calves, doing chores, and cleaning up an abandoned farm (the one from the fire pictures before). We tore out fences, picked up old buldings, did some dirt work, pulled posts, loaded and unloaded a MILLION things…and so much more. The days started at 5:30AM and ended around 10:30PM! My muscles ache, I am sunburnt and scratched to hell - BUT I feel I accomplished something.

I am working on getting a few pictures up of the before and afters - but in the mean time - enjoy my video. We did tree clearing yesterday and I was determined to find a tree that I (and all my muscles) could push down. It took a few tries and a lot of grunting (I may have pulled something) but I got one down! SUCCESS!
