Dee and Erin found the top country songs from the year they graduated. Dee's song was Shania Twain "Any Man of Mine" from 1995 and Erin was Alan Jackson with Jimmy Buffet "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere" from 2003. Enjoy!

Marshall gave his favorite photographer and Godmamma some love after I put him under the hot lights and in front of the flash for nearly an hour! He must REALLY LOVE me!

Marshall's 8 Month Photos

I got to slumber party in Bloomfield last night! Dee has a great video on her blog of Marshall and Me! ALSO Marshall turned 8 months old on Tuesday (he is getting so big) and Dee asked that we do an 8 month photo shoot - NAKED! My favorite! We nearly got the diaper back on...but not quite soon enough! He made it a long time before the water works!

Planting Corn: DONE

The corn is DONE!!! Jon finished last night at 10:30! Yeah! Now we are going to have to go out and celebrate...because it even got a nice rain last night and this morning. I don't think he has been this excited about planting for some time.

Planting Continues

Jon is determined to finish corn before May...which means today since it is supposed to rain for the rest of April! He is out there now - and has been in the field since 10:30pm last night. I chose not to pull another all nighter with him last night - so he went about it on his own. I hope he can get it finished - would make everyone much happier.

My Marshall

Dee was on vacation all last week, so I didn't get to see any new pictures of Marshall. I've got some now and am looking forward to heading down to Bloomfield next week for a mid-week slumber party!

Lets Get Physical

It is warmer and that means you will want to be outside having a good time. Be sure to stretch good before physical activity so you don't pull something! A friendly reminder from the Lip Sync Ladies!

Time to Plant

Jon is getting crazy!!!! It is time to plant and Jon is determined to have the corn in by the end of the week! I volunteered that his goal should not be so high - maybe at least start planting

as the goal. I guess I am just ready for it to be done - planting time is sooooo stressful! This is the new JD planter and tractor - it is 24 rows, 60 feet long. Once they get going they should be able to just hammer out that corn and with this nice weather - maybe Jon will get it done this week!

Please Spring...just stay!

Look at those white legs! Ahhh! We need some sun badly - so I have no excuse to be this pale!

Have a crazy weekend coming up - 2 Anniversary Events to shoot and then a pre-prom photo shoot as well! not sure if I am going to do the whole prom thing...but the before at least. I am going to need more equipment for this little photography thing pretty soon - and maybe a studio! Will have to do some major work before that! Have a great weekend ~ erin

The Easter bunny accidentally delivered Marshall's Easter basket to my house...so I was kind enough to pass it on to him last night when I went to visit last night. He liked the card the best - go figure!

It's Not Christmas...

It's not Christmas and yet I got a picture of Jon and I together - and a good picture to boot! We did have to take one shot before this one...but that was it! Two pictures and a great one for the scrapbook! We took this at Katie's prom (Jon's sister) which should be the last prom with family members in it for some time!

Toys for SALE

I write 'sale' here...but it should actually be GIVEAWAY!!! Dee couldn't get the sales reps to sell a Wednesday sponsor to her 5 questions so she threatened them with having to take away Marshall's toys in order to have a prize on Wednesday! We put the write up on the page along with this picture in the weekly newsletter that goes out to all staff! It got a response and a sponsor! Sometimes you have to bring in those big baby doe eyes to get anywhere! ~ erin
